OUR CHEESE AND WINE EXPERIENCE
We proudly present a beautiful cheese and wine tasting on our farm. For this experience have teamed up with The Midnight Feast, in collaboration with Agulhas Wine Triangle and Lara The Food Goddess to bring you our newest event called “Fromage et Vin.”
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Let us take you on a journey of all the seasons as we recount the Greek myth of Persephone’s return. Our seasonal culinary delights will be paired with mystical wines from the most southern edge of the continent. All the wines will be carefully selected to introduce the uniqueness of the Agulhas Wine Triangle and to perfectly elevate the Fromage et Vin experience.
A SNEAK PEEK OF THE MENU
Summer
Summer melon, bocconcini mozzarella, raspberry pearls and basil with Black Oystercatcher Sauvignon Blanc
Autumn
Toffee cherry tomato dipped in toasted sesame seeds and gold leaf with The Drift Penelope MCC
Winter
Aubergine, potato, mushroom and beetroot with a Black wax Kwaito cheese and Strandveld Syrah
Spring
Chevin rolled in spring greens and edible flowers. Grand brie with preserved baby green figs and a Strandveld Spook van Bloemfontein Cocktail
