Then you are going to be wowed by our Gin and Tonic tasting experience called Foraging for the Drinking Class. This masterclass event is about sipping some of the best local Gin and Tonics while learning about foraging edible weeds and flowers, that will be used as your garnishings.
For this event we have teamed up with the incredible Cape Saint Blaize distillery to taste their collection.

– a walk and forage on our farm while we show you different edible weeds, plants and flowers. You will be able to harvest your own garnishing for your Gin and Tonic.
– A Gin tasting experience hosted by the Cape Saint Blaize Brand Ambassador tasting the entire Gin collection. Learn about the origin of the Gin and how their incredible bottles are made.
– a delicious harvest feasting table inspired by our farm
