Join us for a chocolate Truffle Workshop like no other!
Yaaaaay! We are so excited for this!

We have teamed up with Vicki from Chocoloza to create an amazing chocolate Truffle workshop. If you like the idea of foraging for some delicious edible herbs,  having a hands on training experience with Vicki to create your chocolate Truffle while sipping champagne…then you need to book now for Saturday 20th March 2021! The workshop experience starts at 10am.

Some highlights the truffle workshop
  • a brief talk about where chocolate comes from and how it is made
  • foraging edibles on Ganico Organic Estate for your truffles
  • a blind tasting of 4 pieces of undecorated chocolates per person (lets see who has the best chocolate tasting palate)
  • a hands on training experience by Vicki (who gained her passion for chocolate while living in Belgium) to create your own chocolate truffle masterpiece
  • sipping champagne with Pomegranate Gems grown and harvested at Ganico
  • need we say more??

Duration: It is approximately a 2-3 hour workshop experience.

Cost : R580 per adult which includes all your ingredients to make the chocolate, the foraged ingredients, as well as 2 x free glasses of champagne.

What to Bring :

– hats and sunscreen is always a good idea
– you are welcome to also bring your own additional alcohol, juices and snacks as we do not sell any on the farm, and after the workshop you are welcome to relax and enjoy your snacks.
– a takeaway box to take your chocolates home
