We have teamed up with Julian Short, the owner of Sin+Tax, and RGBC to bring you a mixology class like no other. Learn about taste profiles, how to forage and the the intricacies of mixing delicious cocktails.

Walk the farm with Julian as you forage for your cocktail masterpiece.
Then we will make our way back to the Atrium, where the mixology adventure will begin.
Julian will then give us a detailed mixology class on perfecting the craft of your cocktail. We will break for a quick snack provided by the award winning catering company Ginger Grape.
We will end the afternoon off with another mixology class, teaching us how to mix the last, but incredible surprise drink with a Sin+Tax twist.

What to Bring :
– dress for the weather
– wear appropriate shoes for walking outside on the farm

– a mixology class by Julian
– all the tools, alcohol and mixers to complete your mixology class
