Let us take you on a taste journey with our exclusive winter culinary event called Earth & Ash. This is a rum tasting and hog dining experience that will involve all the senses.

For this event we have teamed up with the awarding winning Ginger Grape, and the rum exclusives of Diplomatico and Wilderer.

– A rum tastings experience from the collection of the Diplomatico portfolio
– a guided foraging farm tour where we will learn about edible weeds and flowers as well as collect herbs for our dinner.
– a curated open flame dining experience inspired by our farm curated by Ginger Grape
– a cocktail inspired by the award winning Wilderer Rum
